  • The Heritage Collection (Canes): Due to their unique dimensions and value, all canes are shipped via insured ground carriers. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing and packaging to ensure your piece arrives safely.

  • Series 1 Apparel: Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days. You will receive a tracking number the moment your gear leaves the shop.

  • Packaging: We use reinforced, high-quality packaging for our canes and premium boxes for our headwear to ensure everything arrives in "Formidable" condition.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Heritage Collection Canes: Because these are one-of-one, handcrafted pieces, all cane sales are final. We provide detailed photos and dimensions for every piece in the Vault to ensure you know exactly what is heading your way. If a cane arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately at [Your Email] with photos of the packaging.

  • Apparel (Hoodies, Tees, Hats): We want you to be 100% satisfied with the fit. Unworn and unwashed apparel can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
